To ensure a smooth process, we recommend initiating your return request as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • A valid proof of purchase or receipt must be provided

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you encounter any issues, contact us right away if:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You received an incorrect product

We will carefully evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it at the earliest.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is:

  • Return the original product (if eligible)
  • Place a new order once your return is approved
  • we will deliver an exchange product within 5-7days days

This ensures quicker processing and availability.

European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to:

  • Cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified regarding the approval status
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
